Who Is Interested to Live a Healthier Life this Jan 2012?

Last year, we kicked off the year of 2011 with our transformational Live a Healthier Life in 21 Days Challenge (21DHL). Nearly 400 participants signed up, all ready to change their health for the better. Through the challenge, they changed their diets, lost weight, addressed eating issues, put new exercise regimes into place, and cultivated new habits.

This year, I’m thinking of doing the same – kicking off the exciting new year with a big bang, via another round of 21DHL – thereby making this an annual challenge that opens the year.

  14. This challenge couldn’t have come at a better time. I have been reading your articles about early waking and really want to incorporate early rising in my life now. I am in!!! So excited!

      Hi Jane, it’s not within the scope of PE nor my realm of expertise. I recommend to consult medical experts on related topics like this. Hope that helps!

  24. Yes, Celeste, I am all for it!! A brilliant idea. If you could also include in your 21 days challenge items which you mentioned in your manifestos, such as listening to upbeat music etc (please tell us what it is), it would make the whole challenge an all rounded one!!!!! :dance:

      Hi Narayana, 21DHL is an open-end healthy living challenge, where participants create their own 21 day action plan and commit to it for the 21 days ahead. After all all of us have vastly different diets and healthy living regimes that it’s best to have everyone create their own plan. :) There will be official 21DHL tasks each day, which are an add-on to the 21-day action plans – these tasks will largely focused on healthy living and diet improvement. You can see an example of last year’s tasks here: 21DHL overview. I don’t expect much changes for this year, but an overall tweaking/improvement and rearrangement of the tasks so they flow better.

    I’ve been wandering around the site for over a month now and haven’t commented on anything so I would like to say that I am impressed and inspired by all the posts I’ve seen (I still haven’t gotten to nearly as many as I’ve been wanting to :P) and that I love what you’re doing :clap:
