It’s here, it’s here!!! :D It’s time to have our twice-a-year Live a Better Life in 30 Days Live Run; the very same wondrous, fantastical, and life transforming program that’s going to change your life, forever!
This round’s 30DLBL was supposed to be conducted in June, but I postponed it to July because we had a 30BBM (Be a Better Me in 30 Days) in May. I thought it’d be good for the participants of May 30BBM to take some time off participating in challenges in June and apply what they had learned during 30BBM to their lives.
Now that June is coming to an end, this is the perfect time to kick off the next round of 30DLBL. You are now about to enter the second half of 2012. How are you going to utilize these 6 months in the best possible manner? How are you going to maximize these crucial 6 months before 2012 ends? 30DLBL will get you moving in the right direction.

Those who are new to 30DLBL, you have to get a copy of Live a Better Life in 30 Days in order to take part. It’s a one-off purchase and you get a lifetime access to all 30DLBL live runs in the future. Not only that, you will also get a 30DLBL guidebook (242 pages) and workbook (101 pages) which will be essential to your life transformation journey. You will be using both books during the course.
Many readers here at PE have participated in at least two to three 30DLBL Live Runs so far, with many more to come. I think 30DLBL is quite possibly the best investment you can ever make for your growth. (Along with Be a Better Me in 30 Days, which is a character transformation program.)

To Sign Up: 2 Simple Steps!
1. Register at the forums
Register for your account in PE Forums. The challenge will take place in the forums. (If you already have an account, skip this step)
2. Sign up officially
Reply to this post with the following information:
- Your membership ID. Read the confirmation email you received when you purchased 30DLBL. It’s stated inside the email. (It’s the same number as the transaction ID of your purchase.)
- First 4 characters of the email address where the confirmation mail was sent. Meaning if your email is bananacows at gmail dot com, then write “bana”.
- Your forum username. So I can give you access to the private forums for the Jul run!
Once you do the above, you will get access to the private forum within 24 hours. (Assuming your details are correct.) Please subscribe to comment replies via email so you will be notified once you get a response.
You can also head straight to the forums and check periodically to see if you are able to view the threads in the 30DLBL July forum.
Special Request
By the way, I would like to request that you sign up only if you are ready to commit. It’s completely fine if you will be busy during July or if you are not sure if you can give it your all during the 30 days. The most important thing is you make a conscious effort to stick to the program and you push yourself every step of the way. That’s all that I ask of you.
There have been frequent cases of participants signing up and disappearing after three or four days. (Some didn’t even sign in for the first day; they just dropped out after signing up!) Some do not post at all and only log in to read others’ responses, which creates a privacy concern among active participants because they don’t feel comfortable sharing intimate details about themselves without knowing who’s reading. This greatly affects the dynamics of the community, which in turn affects the other participants who are serious about creating a month of change. Unfortunately, I have to remove access for such inactive or lurking participants.
Sign up for the July 2012 challenge only if you’re able to commit to the challenge for the month. I would much rather have a small group of participants who stick to the entire program from Day 1 to Day 30, than a large group where 90% of the participants quietly drop out after one to two weeks. I’m all for supporting you in your growth journey and providing the resources (e.g. the forums, the program, my time), but first, I need you to be on board on the challenge so that we can set sail together! :)
After Gaining Access
After you get access to the July run, here are the next steps!
- Check into the 30DLBL July forums and introduce yourself to everyone inside!
- Read the chapters of 30DLBL guidebook leading up to Day 0 to get a headstart.
- Bookmark the forums and get ready for Day 0′s prework. It will be up on 30 June.

How do I get the 2nd copy of 30DLBL? The one I purchased in Nov of 2011 is in PR.
Seems like I recall your saying there was an amended one now…?
Tomorrow I will have access to a printer and lots of paper…I would need to print it out then, not sure how to download/file on the computer. Hmmm.. Probably preferable for me to have a hard copy….But is it really necessary for me to print out the text since I already have 30DLBL in PR? Perhaps I can downlaod the “new” 30DLBL text in a file (not that i know how to do that :rolleyes: ), and then print out just the workbook.
That said, I would love to be on board with this lovely group of people. The time I spend on the daily tasks always seems to take waaay more time than I think it’s going to, but I do feel drawn to jump in and commit myself for this course starting Saturday and do my very best to keep up with the schedule. Does that makes sense/ sound doable?…I have no text/workbook as yet.

Hi Bette! The 2nd edition of 30DLBL was sent out free to all existing 30DLBL owners a few months back when it was released. It was sent to the same email that was used to purchase the 30DLBL and I announced it on the blog as well. Perhaps it got filtered into your spam folder?
Nevertheless I reactivated your download so you should have received a new download email for it. Let me know if you didn’t get it.

I think I know why I didn’t receive the download you have just sent me. When I puchased 30DLBL. the email came from an email different from what I am using today, i.e. the one you have here above on “leave a reply” and where you have emailed me before. Sorry that I have not realized this sooner. :shy:

Hey Bette, all transaction emails were sent to the email that you used to purchase the program (if you used Paypal to purchase it, it was sent to your Paypal email; if you used credit card, it was sent to the email address you supplied when you made the purchase). It’s automatically processed by the system. I’m glad it’s all sorted out though and you received the materials!

Technically the email that is saved with your past purchase cannot be changed in the system (it is a permanent record and the payment system doesn’t allow that to be changed). But I can generate a one-off, download link for your current email (the email you have used in posting this comment) – in fact, I just did that. You should receive the download now, in the next minute or so (as of this comment). Let me know if you don’t!

I can’t get into the forum and I did not get the kick off email for the challenge. I thought I was signed up for forums, but my old user name of susan did not work. I set up a new forum account under susan978. I still can’t get it to work.
Hi Susan, there’s no kick off email for the challenge (and no emails will be sent during the course of the program too). Everything takes place in the forum.
I just checked and the username susan was actually registered to the email “susana.a… [at] …. dot …”. Is that your email? If not, that means the username was actually registered by another member. Do you remember what email you used to register your forum account in the past? I can help you check. (Every email can only be associated with one account so it wouldn’t be the same email that was used to register susan978.)

Hi Joan, yes credit card is accepted as a payment mode. You should have the option to pay by credit card when you click the check out button.

Hey Hilda, thanks for your interest! As the sharing in each challenge is always very private and personal (participants share details about themselves which they do not even tell their family members and friends at times), it’d be better if the participant who signs up commits to doing the program and sharing their results. In the past runs, there had been members who had privacy concerns because it was supposed to be a private course and they didn’t know who were the other people reading their details; hence they held back from sharing.
As a guideline and to be fair to the participants to commit, I don’t allow participants to join just to follow or read the comments (because otherwise there will be situations where people join every challenge just to read what others write but not participating in the process). The participants who sign up but drop off halfway through their challenge have their forum access disabled later on for the same reason.
So sorry about that and hope you can understand the reason for this!
