Is there an option to print the manual and workbook if I buy
the Live a better Life 30 day program
Hi Karam! :) After purchase, you’ll get a confirmation email with login details to download the materials (the manual and workbook) in electronic/PDF format, so if you wish you can print them out using your home printer. :) Some customers have done that as they prefer to read the materials in paper and on the go, without using the laptop/PC.
On October 28 2014 I purchased 30 BBM: Your 30-day Character transformation program Item #1086483 via PayPal and attempted to download it to my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Unfortunately it would not download. Since then I have sent repeated emails to your various contact emails to no avail trying to get the download key so I can download it to my desktop computer. Please help. PayPal stated that they are powerless to respond to transactions for ebooks and suggested I contact the police. I’m not sure that is helpful..
Hey Sandi, I’ve responded to all your contact emails (one on Oct 30, within 5 hours after you sent it; and another on Nov 4, within 3 hours after you sent it), but received no response from you thereafter. I have also regenerated a new email download receipt for your 30BBM purchase right after your Nov 4 email as well, which I’m assuming you didn’t get from your response.
I’m surprised that (I’m assuming) you didn’t get my responses, and it may be your email host (windstream.net) blocking emails from .co domains or domains they are not familiar with. Can you please check your spam/junk folder from as early as Oct 30, for these emails?
In addition, do you have a second email address that we can communicate via? I’ve repeatedly been responding to your emails to assist you, but if your email host is blocking emails from my domain and/or you’re not receiving my emails for some reason, it’ll be difficult for me to render help. I suggest that we try to communicate on a different email address if you have one.

Regrettably I never received the emails from you and they were not directed to my spam filter. I can see no reason for my server to block emails from you as I continue to receive advertisements from your website via email to purchase the same ebook I’ve already paid for – strange indeed. Also once I attempted to download the file to the tablet the email receipt disappeared from my tablet, never to be seen again. Can you resend the email receipt with all the pertinent information to sandifitz@windstream.net or finnmansmama@gmail.com. I am most anxious to read this book. I purchased two other ebooks from you prior to this and fortunately because they were in PDF files I was not only able to download to my desktop but to send the files to my tablet to read on the road. I love them.
Hi Sandi! My newsletter emails (the one you’ve been receiving) is hosted on a third-party server (Madmimi) and is hence sent out by a different email domain that’s not personalexcellence.co/. At the moment it does seem like you aren’t able to receive emails specifically from my email domain personalexcellence.co/. Strange, indeed!!
Regardless, I’ve reactivated a new email with all the download instructions (again there’s unlimited downloads following the instructions like your previous two purchases, so you can just keep the email with you) to sandifitz@windstream.net (it automatically sends it to this email since that’s the email used during payment). That’s as of 10 Nov 2014 Singapore time, or 9 Nov 2014 if you’re in EST. Let me know if you get the email both in your inbox (and if not, your spam folder). If not, I’ll try to re-send the email to you using a different email address.

I would like this as a hard copy as in a real book. Is that possible?
Hi Pau, this product comes in e-format only; it helps me to offer it at a competitive cost (if there’s a hard copy there’d be more margins to factor in) and it’s also to be environmentally friendly. Some of my customers who bought the 30DLBL have proceeded to print the e-books themselves, hence creating their own hard copies as they prefer writing in hard copy than soft copy. This can be something to consider!
