We offer a 14-day refund policy for certain Premium Products as indicated on the course sales page. You may request a refund within 14 days after you purchase a course.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- You must submit your request via this contact form by the 14th day following your date of purchase. Meaning if you purchased on 1st Jan GMT +8 Singapore time, you must submit your request by 15th Jan, 11:59pm GMT +8 Singapore time. No refunds will be issued for requests submitted after 14 days from your date of purchase. No exceptions.
- You are required to show us that you did the work by submitting your completed worksheets of all the exercises in at least Modules 1, 2, and 3. The worksheets must be properly and thoughtfully filled as proof that you have given the course a serious try. This is to prevent fraudulent requests such as people purchasing our courses to extract our course material.
- We request that you give us a chance to understand your issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.
- All refunds are discretionary and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility is determined after you’ve submitted your refund request, sent us your completed worksheets, and given us the chance to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- If you purchased access to a Premium Product bundle consisting of course access and 1-1 calls, refunds will be issued only for the course access. Due to the nature of 1-1 calls, we cannot do full refunds, even if the first call has not been redeemed, as we would have invested the time and work leading up to the calls.
- Refunds do not apply to the purchase of live group coaching courses, standalone 1-1 call packages, or standalone 1-1 calls. If you purchased these, you are expected to complete your payment regardless of whether you show up for the live courses or redeem the 1-1 sessions.
- Refunds are not applicable for situations such as deciding that you no longer wish to pay, you do not want to do the work, or the topic doesn’t apply to you anymore. We reserve the right to reject refunds in cases of suspected fraud, such as purchasing the product with the intent to copy our materials or to benefit from our course content without charge.
- Once a refund is issued, your course access will be revoked and you can no longer access the course materials.
If you opted to pay by installments and you do not submit a refund request by the 14th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments in accordance with the terms of your purchase. All payments must be made on a timely basis.
This refund policy is created to give you 14 days to try our program. We have put in our 100% effort to create the best course for you. If you do the work, put in your best effort, and feel that the material is not working for you, we will be happy to issue you a refund.
