Refund Conditions

At Personal Excellence, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any questions or problems with your purchase, please let us know directly via this contact form!

We offer a 30-day refund policy for certain products as indicated on the product sales page. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing such courses. Some products have a 14-day refund policy, and if so the terms on this page apply based on a 14-day time window.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  1. Please submit your request via this contact form, titled “Refund for [Product you purchased]”, within 30 days from your date of purchase. Meaning if you purchased on 1st Jan 12pm, you would need to submit your request by 31st Jan 12pm.
  2. We require that you show that you did the work by submitting your completed worksheets for the first half of the course. The worksheets must be properly filled as proof that you have given the course a serious try. This is to prevent fraudulent requests where customers decide that they simply do not wish to pay, do not want to do the work, or purchase the course just to extract the course material.
  3. We request that you give us a chance to understand your issue and resolve it to your satisfaction!
  4. All refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility is determined after you’ve submitted your refund request, sent us your completed worksheets, and given us a fair chance to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  5. Due to the nature of live courses, we are not able to refund live course tickets, whether in part or in full, as we would have invested the time and resources leading up to the calls. If you have purchased live courses or 1-1 coaching calls, you are expected to complete your payment whether you attend the live courses or 1-1 calls.
  6. Refunds are not applicable for situations such as deciding that you no longer wish to pay, you do not want to do the work, or the topic doesn’t apply to you anymore. We reserve the right to reject refunds in cases of suspected fraud, such as purchasing the product with the intent to copy our material or to benefit from our course content without charge.
  7. Once a refund is issued, your course access will be removed.

If you opted to pay by installments and you do not submit a refund request within the 30-day refund window, you are required to complete the remaining payments in accordance with the terms of your purchase.

This refund policy is created to give you 30 days to try our program. We have put in our 100% effort to create the best course for you. If you do the work and feel that the material is not working for you, we will be happy to address your concerns and issue you a refund.
