Yvonne here, i am very committed to going through the entire 21 days. I have been exercising casually but this time round i want to see tangible results and kickstart a healthy lifestyle.

]My ideal vision for my health/fitness/lifestyle

In my ideal world, i would want a lean body,flat , firm abs, slender thighs& little or no fat on my upper back. i see myself at 60 kgs ( i'm currently at 72kgs).
I intend to cut all junk food and processed foods and take more of natural foods. I will continue taking my daily cup of green tea - that's a habit i developed in 2011 :)
I will take more water at least 2 litres per day
I will exercise at least 5 days a week ie swim, run or resistance training. I see myself being fit enough to jog for 30 minutes- 1 hour non stop.
I need to completely stop taking alcohol


What i want to accomplish at the end of 21DHL

By the end of 21 DHL I want to lose 3 kgs and to be in control of my eating habits9 the frequency of meals, quality of meals and quantity per serving) [/size]

Day 1 of taking water went well. I think it because its a normal part of my life. Great start to the year & the 21DHL.
I have done my calorie list & from the calorie perspective its clear i need to change my diet.. I didn't make it to jog today but did some exercises indoors. Looking forward to tomorrow.

I have been busy and therefore have not made it to update my journal the past week but i am upto date on all the tasks. I feel very energized the last few days and i am sure the changes i have been making in my diet have something to do with that.
I am very conscious on what i eat and when i eat and i hope that i can do that for the rest of my life. It feels really good!!! I need to work on my portions though, lets see how this week goes.
