Hi everybody.

I've meditated off-and-on since I was a teenager, but never anything consistent and it's often changed into one of those "fall-asleep-as-you-meditate" situations, and I'd like to find something that I could do on a daily basis that will help me begin a meditative pattern that's useful to me. Though I am open to change as it's necessary.

Looking forward to our adventures together!
Andrew.

My goals for the next twenty-one days include finding ways to engage in more mindfulness. But specifically, because of my schedule and proclivities, I might concentrate on listening to hypnosis and meditation tracks, something I find enjoyable.

Today, the first day of the challenge, I listened to Dr. Lloyd Glauberman's Hidden Wisdom: Overcoming Creative Blocks. After listening to the program, which I felt like I tranced out during, I stayed prone, trying to just enjoy the silence between my thoughts, trying to let that distance increase naturally. It's a start.
