Sounds good Von! Have you experience in meditation before starting the 21DMC? How did you do yesterday? :dance:

Hi Irvine, I did about 15 mins yesterday, I listened to Burt Harding's meditation guide countdown from 5 to 1 to reach a deeper level, stayed in that level, relax, saw an image of myself as tho looking into a mirror, seeing myself as happy and radiant, ... It was warm comfy feeling, then after awhile I counted from 3 back to 1...

Haven't been doing any meditation since a long time, this challenge is a really good way to start off again,

How did yours go?

Wow, that sounds awesome! Where can I find this meditation?

Mine went well. The morning was pretty much the same, nice and quiet. The evening meditation was very nice, I did a guided meditation with Emotional Ease from Meditation Oasis. Felt like my emotions were twisting around in my belly! :what:

I love this challenge so far! :D

I really do love Burt Harding's take on life and living in awareness,. He said meditation is ... Cultivating Self Awareness, check him out and let me know what you think about him.
Day 5....

Since I usually meditate before falling asleep, I thought I shall report yesterday's findings today...
My first few meditations had been rather easy to slip into, perhaps with the help of listening to a voice counting down, and usually after awhile I drift off to sleep. I wondered if it was meditation that I'm really doing or just getting too comfortable and falling asleep. Yesterday Day 4, I experineced the same, I get really sleepy. Somehow I tried concentrating in the feeling of love:heart: ...and being loved, I fell asleep almost immediately .... hmmm I shouldnt?

I thought perhaps I will do the morning meditation tomorrow and see the difference. As with my hectic work schedule, I don't usually jump out of bed eagerly. who knows, it could be a little boost after the meditation.

Day 8:
Today I tried 10 mins of morning meditation

I find it usually difficult for a morning meditation, especially on an early Saturday morning. I must say, I didnt feel too comfortable. My right side of my head and neck had been hurting for months and I felt it creack when I turned my head from side to side.
