My meditation plan is simple: to start meditation again with baby steps and maintain the habit the best I can.
I want to cultivate meditation because it has helped me calm down and fight my grey moods. I also hope it will help me boost my creativity and productivity for achieving my future goals.
I plan to dedicate 10 minutes of my evening every day to meditation.
I don't know much about meditation, but a fellow challenger here described it as "quiet self-reflection" and it's exactly what I've been doing.
I signed up for this challenge to develop personally, to cultivate a new and helpful habit, to become a better me...
