Welcome to my journal!

1) Why you want to cultivate meditation?
I want to (re-)cultivate my meditation pratice as I've been slipping a bit recently.

2) Time of your daily meditation?
I find it best to meditation in the morning after I exercise. I also try to squeeze in some meditation time at the end of the day. My sessions normally last 5-10 minutes.

3) Type of meditation you are going to do?
I practice Zen meditation mostly.

4) What you wish to get out of your 21-day meditation journey?
I use meditation to treat my anxiety so I want to maintain my daily practice for that reason and also to become closer to myself.

Day 1:

Ugh! Not a good morning. Got off to a slow start due to a long night. Completed my morning work out but was only left with 5 minutes to meditate. I meditated longer than I anticipated so I was late to work!

Hopefully tomorrow will be better! :mrgreen:
