Why you want to cultivate meditation
My life is becoming more and more busy these days, and I end up exhausted and worn down. Daily meditation would help me to find my inner peace and stay emotionally strong despite all the craziness of my life.

Time of your daily meditation
I want to meditate when nobody is around, because I really need a little time for myself every day. Maybe I could spend some time after work in my office when everybody is gone. I can't find a better place and time. So, it's going to be evening, after work (sometime between 6 to 8)

Duration
Hopefully I'll meditate for about 1 hour. Anyway, no less than 15 minutes.

Type of meditation you are going to do
I have no idea about the types of meditation. I found one Russian web-site with audio-tracks with different mediations. The one I've chosen is about Wealth.

What you wish to get out of your 21-day meditation journey
I want to become calmer, more optimistic and energetic. I want to finally be true to myself and not to react to what others say and think.

Stacey,

Nice to meet you. I really like the thought you have shared about choosing. I sometimes seem to choose by not deciding, being clear about the choices that I make. I am hoping mediation will help support my choices.

I am looking forward to following along and supporting your meditation journey.

Day 1 - I wasn't alone a single minute, so didn't have much time for meditation. However, I tried to meditate from my way to work - we drove for about an hour, but I wasn't alone and my boss was talking to me most of the time, so I just managed to find about 10 minutes to look out of the window and think about nothing, concentrating on my sensations. It was nice not thinking about anything for at least a few minutes. I hope to have a longer meditation tomorrow.

At least you were able to do some meditation yesterday. I hope you'll be able to find some quiet time to meditate for longer like you had planned.
