Hi KC

Have you checked out the new weightwatchers program? I like it although the carbs have gone up in point values....some of my FaceBook friends have started a small group "Sisterhood of the Shrinking Keisters" as we all find support through each other and like we do here. I am glad you wrote to me and hopefully we can find continued support here:)

Sup guys!

I'm a few days late, but I'm in! I've been cruising blogs and such, and I guess the term "self-help junkie" is a good one for me, I haven't really made any drastic changes. But no more!

My goal for this is to eat less candy and pop and sugary stuff, and to get a solid sleep schedule down.

Happy New Year. I just committed myself for this 21 days challenge to live healthy. I want to try my best to stick with the challenge. Currently, I am out of town on my vacation before school starts again. But, I want to take actions now before I regret it!! Let's do it!

Hi there
I have decided to join this challenge as my life is in serious need of changes. I have not been one for new year's resolutions, but this year I am sorting out a clear guide of my goals. After having two children in 3 years, fitness and weight are now at the top of my list of priorities! My life involves supporting, motivating and helping others, but this year I plan to focus on myself!
I wish everyone here all the best for 2011!
xx

Hi everyone,
I'm Jeff and I'm from Kentucky. I am in decent health but like everyone I can do more. More exercise, less processed foods. I look forward to this and I have been reading Celes' work for some time. Remarkable for such a young woman. Keep up the good work.

Hi Celes!

I didn't see my name on the official sign-up list, so I'm assuming I didn't sign up correctly. Please accept this post as my confirmation on joining the 21DHL.

This will be quick - ready to leave the office, eat well, do some exercise and decluttering and get at least 7 hours of sleep. Hectic work schedule right now is keeping my mind racing. I am so ready to be healthier. At 51, I'm still active, but not as much as I'd like to be. My goal for the 21 days is to exercise at least 6 days per week and see firming and weight loss results. I am focusing on the process and I know the results will happen. Best of luck to everyone!

Hi,

I already have a busy month, so I was hesitating a lot about signing up. If unexpected things would appear, I may have to drop this, but till then, hey, I might as well give it a chance. :D

I'm past the first few days (which I've done in lurking mode :) ), and looking forward to the rest.

Melinda

I'm so excited your doing this, I had decided to do this on my own anyhow at the beginning of December, and it will be great to have a support group!
