Thanks Chuck - just downloaded the Kindle version. Looks really good!

I am thrilled to report that my calories continue to be good. And I am definitely conscious of what I'm eating since I have committed to logging it all. It helps that the site I'm using is so fast and uncomplicated. The interface seems simple but there is some excellent code supporting it. I'm no expert but I recognize good programming when I use it.
Is that the myfitnesspal website? I might have to try it out! I'm not really looking to lose much weight, but I'm quite intrigued to see how many calories I take in in a day...
Good luck for the last few days of 21DHL!
Hi Squiggle
Yes check it out. It's a pleasure to use.

Haven't logged in for a couple of days but I have been tracking calories. And oh dear this is the final day! I haven't managed to meet all my goals except the calories one. Just goes to show - I'm best at concentrating on one goal at a time.
