I want to meditate because my life is very fast-paced, and I would like to take some time off just to slow down and gather all my inner thoughts and experiences before moving on.

I will meditate for 5 minutes every day at first, and change my habits to whatever suits me better. I will experiment with different styles; especially with different meditation songs.

I am a bit concerned about whether or not I can keep this habit going. I've tried similar challenges in the past, and most of the time, I'd given up before the end...

I'll try my best, though =)

your experiences with and reasons for meditating are almost the same as mine! Let´s try this 21 days together in this wonderful group :)

I meditated for around 1 to 2 minutes yesterday, and I will try to do so for a longer time today. I had meditated on the bus yesterday, and I couldn't really focus on meditating because I was listening to music (it was either listen to music or to the chatter of other passengers on the bus). I like to listen to music while meditating, but this time, I hadn't chosen an appropriate song. Also, I was occasionally shaken back to my senses when the bus had turned.

Today, I will meditate in my room, which will hopefully give me a more fulfilling experience =)
