Yaaayyyy! I'm excited to share this experience with you all! :)

My goals for this meditation challenge are:

1) to progressively raise my meditation time from 5 min to 30.
2) to make it a daily habit and practice after the official challenge is over.
3) to gain peace and a sense of calm.
4) to become clearer and more focused throughout the day, as a consequence.

I will begin with a 5 min mindfulness meditation every night and once I feel at ease and comfortable with the 5 min, I will raise it up to 10 and so on.

Sounds like a great idea, Roxi! :) 5 minutes is an easy way to get started without weighing yourself too much on the meditation process. Just take it easy and let it flow from there, as I shared with others in the Day 0 Preparation Tips. Look forward to reading about your meditation journey in the upcoming 21 days! :)

Great idea Roxy! I am also thinking of starting small and then increasing the time.

Good luck for the challenge! :D

Thank you! I feel even a stronger positive vibe about it merely by being part of this community :) there's more strength in the number, for sure.

Yes, starting small it is a good idea, especially if your mind tends to be flighty, I know mine is, and get easily distracted. My first goal is to make these 5 min "easy" and then, to build from there :)

This was such a good idea! alone, we are so much more prone to give it up!

Guys, I'll be in Poland next week to attend a seminar and I just find out that I might not have internet on the spot :(..however, I will keep meditating and I will post my impressions as often as I can, whenever I'll have internet access/later, once I'm back home.

Wishing you all a very fruitful and rewarding experience! I'm with you in spirit! :)
