Heart
My goals:

1. Keep a record what I eat and drink.
2. Eat healthy and home-made food.
3. Make personal bonus challenges for every day.
4. Keep a record of my weight.

Day 1

Morning weight: 62,4 kg. Aim: 55 kg by July 2011.

Tasks
1. Drink more water. Achieved: Yes.
2. Record what you eat and drink. Achieved: Yes.
3. Create a Gratitude List for year 2010. Achieved: Yes.

Day 2

Morning weight: 62,3 kg. Aim: 55 kg by July 2011.

Tasks
1. Drink more water. Achieved: Yes
2. Record what you eat and drink. Achieved: Yes
3. Create a Calorie List.
Well, this is I'm going to skip entirely. I already record what I eat but since my aim is to eat more healthier food anyway and make everything from the start it really makes counting harder, unlike if I were to use ready meals for example. I do keep eye on when I buy something what the nutrition values are, trying to avoiding sugar, fat, salt and high carbs. Obviously the exercise is meant to make aware of the nutrition values etc, so it is a good thing to do, but my concentration now is more to make the small changes to what I eat and what I can do better in the long run. I know already that I'm not too bad with my eating habits, it is to leave the occasional junk food from my list.
Achieved: N/A
4. Create a list of things which made year 2010 disappointment to me and rip the list apart. Idea: to get rid of the bad stuff which happened in past but are still nagging me and making me feel down.
Achieved: Yes. It felt very liberating to do the list and satisfying to tear the list apart. Very good feeling.

Day 3

Morning weight: 61,6 kg. Aim: 55 kg by July 2011.

Tasks
1. Drink more water. Achieved: Yes.
2. Record what you eat and drink. Achieved: Yes.
3. Create Your Ideal Meal Plan. Achieved: Yes.
4. Create a list of goals for 2011. Achieved: Yes.

Liz, I like your idea of creating a Gratitude List for 2010. What a great way to start the new year by being thankful for the past! Good luck on your other challenges.

Thanks Joye. I think everyone should from time to time think what they are grateful for, especially when times are tough.

Best of luck to you as well.

Perhaps a gratitude list for 2011 that we fill as we go along? So that when we're at the end of the year, we can look back at this long, long, list, and be truly proud of all that we've accomplished and all that has happened this year.

That is also a good idea, indeed.
Thanks. I found making the list very helpful.

Also best of luck to you achieving your goals.!
