Hi my name is April and I am excited to begin the mediitation challenge.I have some experience with meditation. I currently do a quick 5 minute meditation about 3 times a week. I want to increase the amount of mediation I do.

Looking forward to supporting others on this challenge!

Hi, April. I say do whatever amount of time you are comfortable with. I sometimes only do 5 or 10 minutes of meditation if I'm pressed for time. I would encourage you to try meditating for longer periods though at least once or twice during the challenge. You will definitely see a difference in you mental clarity.
