8th of october i meditated for 10 mins. it was breathing exercise wherein we have to focus on inhalation and exhalation while acknowledging our thoughts..i think at the max we may go for 2 technique of meditation and continue with same instead of trying out different tech...i meditate when my surrounding is less noisy..

can see some difference in myself after all these days of meditation... mostly clarity of thoughts,..yet to discover more benefits. :)

Round up:
1. HOW WAS 21DMC JOURNEY FOR ME?
it has helped me to commit myself to meditation.
2. MY PERCEPTION OF MEDITATION IN THE PAST?/HOW IS IT NOW?
my perception has always been positive about it but i hardly followed it on a regular basis. After 21 days i have decided to do it regularly
3. Is there anything i learnt after meditation?
it helps to devote time for myself, calms, gives clarity..
4. would i like to continue meditating moving forward?
definitely i will meditate
5. what am i going to do to cultivate it as a life long habit?
if i can meditate at same time every day its good else when ever i am alone and free i will meditate. what does it require just focusing on breath. i should do it for a longer time. can put a tick mark on the calendar which is on hanging on wall. i have felt i must do some other work out along with meditation like walking to get more health benefit.
