Today I meditated for about 20 minutes. I like to meditate as soon as I wake up so I am more focused and purposeful from the start of my day.
It took me a long time to get focus - my mind was all over the place. However, once I connected with the universe and white light I was able to calm completely down and focus. I am having some fear about a business problem...and I realized in meditation that I can separate myself from myself....I can actually look down on myself in meditation and see what I look like, see my strengths, my special qualities. When i am in this separated state - I am not "in" myself and it makes particular issues that seemed hopeless - completely doable.
I received peace this morning and also a new perspective on myself, my accomplishments and who I am....what other people see me as.

Great session - maybe I will meditate again today. If not-be back tomorrow for the next update.

hi chris. you seem to be gaining the effects of your meditation. glad to hear that. but, could you please tell me more on the ways to get connected with the universe? how did you do that?
