Hi All,
I'm Lynn! I am a married mom of 3 and I want to make some changes in my life. I work part time and over the last 6-7 yrs or so have developed some unhealthy habits and have "let myself go". I make sure my kids eat right and get plenty of exercise but have not made that a priority for me. I have a lot I want to accomplish including having my own business someday where I call the shots. I am looking for a more balanced , joyful life and hope that 2012 is my year to make that happen!
My goal is to lose about 50 lbs and be free of medication(blood pressure meds),work out/get some form of exercise at least 3 x/wk, eat more balanced meals and hopefully as a result, have more energy. My goal by the end of this 21 day challenge is to lose 8-10 lbs, be exercising 3x /wk (even if it is just walking to start), get more rest and make sure I have some quiet time for myself each day.I look forward to a new year and making some new friends on here!
