Greetings friends.

I am really excited about cultivating the use of daily meditation in my life. I am hoping that I will have more of a hand on my emotions and be able to really be present in my life.

I hope to meditate in the morning and evening. I am hoping to start with five minutes and then progress slowly until I can meditate for 30 minutes at a time.

For the time being, I am going to practice mindful meditation but hope to introduce myself to different types of meditations including loving/kindness, etc.

I hope this 21-day journey creates this positive new habit in my life and that I learn more about my capabilities to live in the now and enjoy even the smallest moments of my life.
