I just completed my 21 day plan for the new year. I'm really excited about a new year and a new start. I'm getting ready to go out and celebrate the new year with friends, but I'm actually more excited for tomorrow.
My goals for the next 21 days include:
Preparing all my meals at home
Daily exercise
Living each day cigarette free
Making only essential purchases
Positive self talk
Weigh 10 pounds less in 21 days
Incorporate music, current events, literature, and creativity into my daily life.
