Hi everyone...Looking forward to another challenge with Celes
Step 1: Write your ideal vision for your health/fitness/lifestyle (10 min)
My idea self: I weigh 150 lbs, pretty, sexy, lean, energetic, fit, graceful and elegant. My diet is based on lean protein, raw fruits, vegetables, salads, healthy fruit smoothies, and nuts. I exercise every day or nearly every day, keeping my body fit and toned. I have an extremely healthy relationship with food, eating when I'm hungry/when I need to.
Step 2: What do you want to accomplish at the end of 21DHL? (10 min)
I want to drink mostly water (being off the soda), start exercising (develop this habit), getting plenty of rest (paying attention to getting to bed at a decent hour).
Step 3: Create your 21-Day Healthy Living Plan! (20 min)
-- What are your key action steps that will help you to achieve your 21DHL goals by the time 21DHL is over on 21st Jan?
Start exercising on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays
Start my day with a protein shake
Drink lots of water during the day
stop eating sugar

Drinking more water is something I need to focus on since I drink a lot of Sprite Zero. I just set a reminder for Siri to remind me to grab a bottle of water to take to work with me. I find that if I start the day with water, I am more likely to continue the day drinking water.
I also wrote "Water" into my daily planner so I can "check off" days I've met the goal and "x" out days that I have not. This way I can Measure what I want to Improve.
I'm finding that my iphone 4s with Siri is really helpful. Instead of hunting around for calorie counters, I can just "Ask Siri" and I get a complete breakdown of the food I'm asking about in a nice little chart. I think this will help me a lot!
Also, I love to eat the bagged salads at my desk at lunch and just checked the calories. This particular bag is 800 calories for the bag. WOW...way more than I expected.
Today, I'm headed to the grocery store to find lower calorie bags so i can bring those for lunch instead.
