ideal vision
- get enough sleep
- ideal weight: 55kg current: 72kg
- be a vegantarian, eat healthy food
- exercise more
- control my diet very well...eat slower and no more overeating
- be more sociable and make more friends
- get my things done and no more excuses to get myself lazy....


What to accomplish at the end of 21DHL
- reach 68kg
- and change my diet into healthy food
- do situp following the 100situp scheme
- read one complete chinese and english novel as well
- study every night when possible
- sleep before 2300 every day and get up at 0900 at holiday

what should i do
- get enough sleep (!!!!)
- keep track of my progress...
- stop myself from giving up
- stay positive and enthusiastic

Impressive to see that you have listed your ideal vision and all. Great to know your directions!

You wrote get up at 0900 at holiday so what is the normal time to get up on usual days?? I am also curious what is the 100situp scheme?

I actually wake up at 0630 on weekdays....
sorry i type it wrongly..omg it should be 100pushup training program....and here is the website that provides that program: http://hundredpushups.com/

today i drank nearly 9 glasses of water..and i didnt eat too much food...
however i missed my alarm and eventually wake up at 1000....next time i have to put the alarm more closer so that i could hear it rings.......
conclusion: quite good progression:D
