I've been meditating for over a year now. I meditate once a day, in the evening, for about 10 minutes. My goal for the next three weeks is to add a second meditation session each day, in the morning. This will require getting up a bit earlier on weekdays, but I'm hoping by the end of three weeks, it will become a habit. For me, meditation was quite challenging at first - trying to still your mind and quiet your thoughts is difficult. Hang in there though, it really is worth the effort!

hi jennie. you said that meditation is worth the effort. seem that you really benefited from it. and you also started to add second mediation session which you decided to be on the early morning. i agree with you that is is quite challenging to wake up early. so can you share with me regarding your plan on how to wake up early? ;)
