I was getting a bit tired in the afternoon, so I thought I would have a nap, preceding the deep rest meditation that I normally use at night when I go to sleep. Although I felt very relaxed after the meditation, I still couldn't easily fall asleep! I blame the coffee ;)

In the evening I noticed a tv program about Tai Chi and Qigong on the Body in Balance channel. Thought I'd try it out... Was pretty good, and as I need to strengthen the muscles in my feet anyway, this was a good practice.:thumb:

Afterwards I decided to meditate right away and did the Chakra podcast this time, first time. It is not completely new though, as concentrating on different parts of the body I have done quite a few times before. Still a very nice meditation with nice and different feelings all the way. The navel chakra made me feel like I was in sort of a bubble bath and the bubbles kept on rising. Loved it.

Sounds really neat, Irvine:D

Day 18: 25min swimming meditation + 9 min relaxation break + 10 min evening relaxation
Moreeeee! Swimming wasn't enough today, couldn't concentrate all the time with that many people. But there were times that I was able to meditate, and that was good! Also on the way back home on my bike, felt good. Nice sensations ;)

An hour or 2 later I had a little relaxation break to calm down, but having just drunk coffee didn't really help with that haha. Oh well, was still nice to calm the brain a bit.

And in the evening I relaxed for about 10 minutes. Not very deep, but just a nice and calming relaxation and breathing meditation. Wanted to do more, but got interupted. That's all folks! :D
