I wanted to share this website with you guys because I find it very informative and occasionally extremely inspirational.

TED: Ideas Worth Spreading

I hope that some of you find it to be so as well.

I've only watched a couple of these videos but from what I have seen they are very good. Very inspiring and thought provoking. I'm watched this one by Tony Robbins a couple times.

Was there one in particular that you especially liked, Moira?

Barry Schwartz's Paradox of Choice is definitely one of my favorites. Matthieu Ricard: Habits of happiness and Dan Gilbert: Why are we happy? Why aren't we happy? are also amazing.

On a completely different note, while not a TED video I found the last lecture of Randy Pausch to be very inspirational as well. It is on achieving your childhood dreams.

I just loved it! I wish I had a chance to have such a professor!

I know. I was very lucky to have some wonderful teachers, but he is definitely an inspiration to all.

I actually enjoy the older ones, strangely enough. Thank you for sharing! Gonna go watch that one now because it sounds brilliant, from the title alone!

There are a lot of amazing videos posted here. I've to bookmark this post and check back on them. I'm actually intending to create a post with top inspirational videos, but I'm wondering if it's practical since the coverage will be so wide. What do you guys think? Will you find it of value/interest? If so, what kind of inspirational videos are you most interested in? (i.e., speeches? lectures? workshops? movie clips? videos?)

Here's one of my favorite inspirational videos. It's a clip where Rocky Balboa talks to his son - I feature this in some of my personal development workshops. Randy Pausch's speech is my favorite too, and I see you've already posted it Moirawr!

There was one I really enjoyed there a while back. 'How to start a movement' I think it was called. Really interesting.

This is an interesting video. I have to admit I'm not entirely sure I truly grasp the concepts presented here. I think it's about what we believe is reality, paradigm shifts, and how the majority of society will react to you if you have a unique view point. I wanted to share it here to see what you guys think. Please share your thoughts.
