I would like to start meditating to gain inner peace and lose all the stress that is in me . I will try to meditate every day when I get home from school (2.30 pm) for 10 to 15 minutes for starters . I will be trying mindfulness meditation . I hope after the end of the 21 days to be calmer and keep meditating regularly .

Day 1
I tried meditating for about 10 minutes and I got interupted but the meditating part went fine . Then I tried meditating again that day at night and I fell asleep .
Day 2
I meditated for about 10 minutes . I did it in a cross legged position this time not lying on a bed . I felt like I could hear my inner dialogue better .

Day 3
I meditated for about 10 minutes sitting on my chair . I felt like I engaged in my thoughts more this time .

Day 4
Today I meditated for 5 minutes but got interrupted but then I continued for another 8 minutes . I stopped because I started feeling sleepy .

Day 6
I meditated for 10 minutes right after I got home from school and then again later for 5 more minutes . Doing this helped me relax .
