Hi, Leny. I guess telling to you "just work harder!" isn't the answer your looking for :P

Let's start with the basics:

What type of company do you work for?
What does your team do for the company?
What is your specific role in the team?
What exactly is your boss expecting from you? Do you have measurable metrics to determine how well you are doing in your career?
Is there anything that you feel is an obstacle that is preventing you from performing better in your job?

If you can answer these questions we might be able to give you some advice that will help you.

Judging from what information you have given us, it may be that you are expected to try to help raise the team performance. When the team grows, people usually grow as well. This is all very vague since you have not given us much information about what you are doing, but most companies reward people who go the extra measure. Perhaps they offer training courses that you have not taken advantage of, that could be something to look into. Let your boss know you are interested in taking your performance to the next level because I cannot imagine they would not help you out if you come to them and ask. Ask if there are specific things they have seen that you need improvement on. As long as you are polite and do not react harshly to their criticism, this can be a great way to correct those mistakes and show that you want to be the best out there. (Which is good for long term promotions and that sort of stuff)

Do you notice the discussion with coworkers becoming argumentative, Leny? Sometimes people become more focused on winning a debate and being right than finding a great solution. Have you tried acknowledging why your coworker's want certain things and then explaining your own ideas?

"I understand you want X for these reasons (explain their reasoning back to them) but here is why I want to go with this other idea (explain your logic)"

Letting others know that you are listening and you understand their ideas may make them more open to your suggestions.

Without knowing more specifics of your work, I would say that the best person to ask this question would be your boss. I assume that your boss has been in your role before so he or she should be able to point you in the right directions for improvement.

Also, look at the top performing people in your company or even industry. Go and seek them out and ask them to help you with some suggestions as well. They would be honoured to help since it is always a big compliment to be asked for advice in their career area.

Taking seminars or courses in the areas you want to improve in also helps.

Thanks Clint, I will take a good time to talk with them? I will do the best and get harder on my work. But i have one thing, how to make my boss fell confidence on me? She give me a chance to make a decision? Prepare a plan and choose the work that you need to do? You know I do not how to start? Can anybody tell me what the environment is in your workplace? So can you give me a way to improve my work? Thank in advance for your comments.

If it's more responsibility that you want, then during your conversations with your boss, you should review some of your past successes (to remind her) and then ask her how you can take on more responsibility. Let her decide but at least this way, she knows that you intend to get more out of your work. Managers love employees like this.

If you are lacking in a certain skill at work, don't be shy to bring this up to your boss and ask her how to develop it. Again, bosses appreciate those who want to learn. Also, be on the lookout in your company or even in the outside for those who you might want to learn from. Rather than sit there being frustrated, it would be much better for you to actively seek help from others. They would feel honoured to be asked for advice. You learn from those who already know how to.

Just as an aside but still related to this topic, the best companies and bosses to work for are the ones who will actively help you with your skills development. The ones who don't/won't, are not the good places to work.
