I got interested in meditation when I heard about Zen-meditation in class a few years ago, but only tried to meditate a few times so far. In this challenge, I want to find out which type of meditation works best for me.

For day one, I'll just try to sit and observe my thoughts, as recommended in "How To Meditate In 5 Simple Steps".
The following days, I'll gather more information on guided meditation.

I scheduled my mediation for daily 2pm (15-30 min) tentatively.

hi hiru. so what do you feel after you did the meditation? i would like to know what kind of effects it gives to you....

Sorry for replying so late. I think, basically I feel that I'm getting calmer and a little bit more focused. Not sure how to describe it. I'm curious if I will see more effects after some more days.

How is it for you?
