My 21-day meditation plan

Why I want to cultivate meditation:
Well, I was never really interested enough to actually sit down and meditate... but since I've came across this challenge, it got me curious. So now I'm willing to try! :D

Time of my daily meditation:
In the morning (6am). I think morning meditation keeps your mind more at peace for the rest of the day :)

Duration:
EDIT: 30mins - but I will try to pace myself!

Type of meditation I am going to do:
I'm not sure what type I'm doing but I'm just going to have an "Early Morning Mindless Wonder"... (walk/cycle to the City Centre/park)
I think meditating in the morning, when you know the city's still asleep and everything is still, gives a really peaceful feeling.

What I wish to get out of my 21-day meditation journey:
- Declutter my mind + think more clearly
- Stop being taken over by my emotions
- Live more in the present moment
- Have a better focus
- Develop a healthier mind
I hope to make it a habit! :D

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

Hi, Linny. Are you planning on meditating while walking or cycling? I tried a walking meditation a couple of times while walking but my mind wanders too much. Also I think I do my best thinking while walking/jogging.

hi Linny. i do agree with matt, but you can try your meditation by your own method, and do shares the experiences with us. who knows that your method will broaden our ways of meditation. p/s: from what you want to achive of meditation, it seems that, i have to work harder with my meditation. :)
