As someone who lives a busy life, I have largely ignored living a healthy life. My weight has grown considerably over the years, and this is the perfect place for me to get myself back in shape (and get my life back as well). Hopefully, after 21 days, good things will be happening!

In my ideal world, I will be living a balance lifestyle, with work, play, and rest all being in equal proportion. The food that I eat each day would be of varieties, such that each day there will be a different kind of dish, and probably from different countries. I would be spending about an hour or so exercising each day, along with some ball games going on.

As I will be working out, I would expect that I am going to build up my muscles, and that my body will be nicely shaped such that I would be looking like a WWE superstar when I have no clothes on.

I am not a tall person. Being about 5 feet 6 inches tall, ideally I should be weighing somewhere between 130 and 140 lbs.

At the end of the 21 days in 21DHL, I expect myself to change some of the old habits which are considered bad while developing some new and healthy ones. If things go well, I may be able to shed away 5-10 pounds. It is aggressive, not not unachievable.

The one factor that is hindering all this would be time. I am not good in time management. I spend about 18 hours a day in the office. January will be the month when hopefully this is going to change. I will constantly remind myself of the challenge that I am in and be committed to doing what I need to do.

Drinking water is one of the easiest things to do, except that when I get up late on holidays. As I have partied hard on NYE and get up a bit late again today, I think that I have successfully drunk 6 glasses of water today. I will commit to do that again tomorrow, when we are back to our regular working schedule.

I need 80 ounces of water intake per day.

The following food are the most common ones that I eat per day:

Breakfast
- macaroni with tomatoes and ham
- McDonald's
- Starbucks - sausage roll and tall size Americano
- I do not eat breakfast when I do not have to go to work
Lunch
- it depends; sometimes I may eat not eat lunch at all
- but on a regular basis, I think that curry rice and Chinese soup are common ones
Dinner
- it is either a meal at a restaurant - the menu is different each day, or
- BBQ pork on rice, and soup

I will go through the items each day and track down the calories through searching on the web for the next 20 days or so.
