I had a healthy breakfast of eggs and bacon (I say health because it is normally Krispy Kreme dougnuts) and I will have shrimp and greens for supper. My new year treat was tiramisu, and I know not good with all the sugar. Trying to be good. Plan on the gym in the morning and healthy fruits and veggies.

Here's to your health.

I have /had sweet tooth too. After two weeks drinking tea without sugar now I start to love its taste . But still dying for a cheesecake :) I read somewhere a great technique. You need to ask yourself a question. Do I really want to eat this cake now or is it more important to live healthy life and loose weight. Usually it helps for me.

Sweet!, the more you think you do not want to eat the one thing that is bad for you the more you want it... any way that is how it works for me, I'm in the process of finding something rewarding and nice that is not fattening for a substitute that eating something sweet or that is not good for me, not the same but it takes your mind of like taking a nice long relaxing bath, listening to good music....you must decide what you like...will keep track of your progress

I love the question approach, it might sound silly and to simple but just asking one self the question, "is this really what i want?" helps a bunch.
And i've added to it by also forcing myself to eat something healthy first, and quite a lot of the time it turns out it's more hunger than actual sweet tooth, though i'm still not off chocolate, at least i'm better.

Love

S
