Day 19

Today I'm feeling way better, so I think I can go back to my plans and schedules :D
First thing will be to catch up on the official tasks I missed. Only two more days of 21DHL to go :cry2: I am very happy I stuck to the challenge this far, although I didn't manage to stay on track with everything I planned.

Todays plan:
- stick to my vegetarian diet
- eat 5 portions of fruit/vegetable
- drink at least 1.6 liters of water/herbal tea
- do some light exercises
- catch up on official tasks

Have a great day everyone!

Maybe you could keep the amount of water you want to drink in the morning in your bedroom the night before, so that it won't be as cool as drinking it straight from the tap/bottle that's in the kitchen? I'm assuming you're using heating in your bedroom at least.

I normally don't heat my bedroom, because I prefer a cool room for sleeping. But unfortunately that also means, that the water in the room is cold in the morning. But I will try and get warm water first thing in the morning.

Day 20

I feel totally recovered, so I'm able to enjoy the last two days of 21DHL  I like todays official task, since I already wanted to collect all the information I received over the last 19 days. Thats going to be a valuable tool and a great guideline anytime I'm about to slip and fall off the wagon.

Todays plan
- stick to vegetarian diet
- eat 5 portions of fruit/vegetable
- drink at least 1.6 liters of water
- workout
- take a walk in the first snow

I wish everyone a great day!

Hi, Britta.

I have been exercising in the snow a lot too. What is winter like in your part of Germany? Here in Iowa the weather is usually quite harsh this time of year. For some reason though it has been very warm. The temperature has usually been around 6º C most days. That's much warmer than average.

Heya!
Since this is the end of the challenge,
I just thought I'd stop by and wish you happiness and lots of good luck!
