Why I want to cultivate meditation? Well I realize its something I turn to ONLY when things get overwhelming, and I need to learn how to do this daily.

2) Time of my daily meditation? I usually do it at the end of the day, I'm thinking about squeezing in a 15 min session in the morning.

3) Type of meditation I am going to do? Deep breathing step but step meditation like audio CDs maybe Yoga.....not sure

4) What you wish to get out of your 21-day meditation journey? My Goal is to gain inner peace and acceptance, to live more in the now the present and not so much in tomorrow.
