Hi everyone! I’m new to the site and thought there would be no better place to post my goals in the upcoming months than on this forum! As for the title 'becoming Ms Bond' Ive always had a interest in Bond, James Bond that is ;) Hes a jack of all trades! Theres nothing he cant do! Ive always wanted to become a female verison on him in a way (no i dont want a license to kill!) but I would love to be sexy, sassy and super classy! In the past I made some bad choices when it came to being in a relationship with an abusive ex, getting into debt, and letting myself go physically. Even though the relationship is now in the past, I feel as if I easily fall back into that pattern of self-destructiveness. I am now in a great relationship going on two years, with a man I will call Mr Bond. Hes someone I can see myself marrying someday. I want to be the best me I can become! Not only does he deserve that from me but I deserve it from myself! Im 27yrs old and nearing 30 at a rapid pace. (Is it just me or does time seem to fly by faster and faster each year?) I’m ready to take life by the horns! To create a life I would be proud to live! I want to travel the world, become skilled in many areas of life, and be excited to get up every morning! This is defiantly going to be a step by step process, in order to reach my best life/my personal excellence, but I have no doubt that I can get there with some hard work and determination.

Health Missions
Getting healthy is my number one goal. I only have one body and I need to treat it with respect. I need to feed start feeding it nutrious foods and stop eating out so much, drinking less and moving more! I sit at a desk all day for work and once Im off usually go home and sit some more. These habits need to be replaced with healthy ones in order to create my best life! You'd never see Bond chowing down on burgers at fast food places or running out of breathe after only running a few mins!
  • Track calories for a month
  • 30mins exercise daily
  • No fast food
  • burpee challenge (day1 1burpee, day2 2 burpees, ect)
  • Cold shower challenge

Money Missions
Money is a big issue in my life because I am in debt. I have a huge bucket list off all the things I would like to accomplish some day and being late on bills/mortgage payments pushes my dreams back years! I need work hard to pay off ALL my debts. This will be a very long journey as I have credit card debt, loans, a mortgage, and monthly bills but I wont give up on becoming debt free! Guess I wont be driving an Aston martin anytime soon.. ha!
  • Clean out the pantry (Use only 50 on grocerys this month)
  • Track spending, every last penny
  • Take photos of the items you can sell
  • Upload items to craigslist/ebay to sell
  • Create a budget spreadsheet
  • Check out library books on minimalism

Miscellaneous Missions
  • Read one book
  • Cut back on tv
  • Message a friend on facebook once a week that I havent contacted in a while
  • Be more spontaneous with Mr Bond

Well there we go! All the missions I would like to accomplish this month! I swear Im not Bond obessed but I thought it would be a fun spin on a helping me accomplish my goals!

Pink Chevelle is probably the coolest username on the board. Welcome!

I think you are right that time can appear to go faster as you get older. When you are very young everything is new but as you get older you may settle into a routine where there is relatively little change. When this happens a few months or a few years can zip right by and you are left wondering where the time went.

Your burpee challenge sounds interesting. I have never done them but I know the exercise. I'm sure doing maybe ten is easy. If you plan on doing this for months I'm sure it will get much much harder.

Welcome to the forums and good luck with your goals! :D
Having the initiative to change your life and yourself in better already equals to having the job half done ;) It's important -and the most difficult- to get started, but once you do so, you just keep going because the results are extremely gratifying :)
So once more I wish you good luck!
