Hi, Celes! I have a question. Where would you like me to post? My username starts with a number...

I'm not set on it, though. I'm willing to change it if you prefer.

Just a quick note - I automatically get subscribed to the threads I reply to.

That's not the problem - I love that - but the mail keeps getting flagged as spam no matter how many times I mark the email "not spam".

It is also an "Unknown Sender" with only the via hostgater.xxx thingy so I can't add to contacts (At least, I can't seem to...)

Any solutions?

~Amanda

Amanda - That's not good. Can you forward me a copy of the email? Any of the emails (maybe 2 of them). Send them to [email removed].

The problem is MyBB is using a blank email address (and no part of personalexcellence.co) in the Sender: and From: headers of the outgoing forum notifications. Additionally, since the mail is passing through hostgator.com, it appears to most clients as a stream of headers originating from personalexcellence.co and passing through DOMAIN.hostgator.com as the relayer, but with no actual sender address. Gmail definitely treats this as SPAM. Many other clients would, too. The only way to resolve it at the recipient level is to specify all mail from hostgator.com as not SPAM, since personalexcellence.co is not appearing in the From: field...if you can't locate where MyBB is failing to pull the address from.

I suspect there's an empty field somewhere in the MyBB config file(s) that expects to have a notification sender address.

Hey Amanda! I've checked your mail. Try adding donotreply@personalexcellence.co to your address book, and see if that solves the problem. Let me know!

Hi Celes!

My question is, can I lean against something when I meditate?

Thanks! :)

Hey Apu! I don't see why not, to be honest (cushion, chair, etc). The only thing I would advise against is slouching, which some may subconsciously do when sitting without a support. Try to sit straight, but not uncomfortably so, and let it go from there. Hope that helps! :)

Dear Celes,

LOVE the meditation progress chart, but I am wondering how you will account for the time differences? I live in California, so I will constantly be catching up to the rest of you:) :)

Thanks!

I am a newbie and have signed up for the 28 Mediation and the Mediation Journal. I notice that the authors of the Journal are answering a set of questions (how much time they will mediate etc.) i am unable to find the portal that would lead me to those questions, so I can set my guidelines for the campaign.

Sailing away today:dance:

Hey AH888! :) There will be individual threads for each day's meditation (i.e. Day 1 Group Thread for Day 1, Day 2 Group Thread for Day 2, etc), and I will update the charts on an ongoing basis, so don't worry about time differences! Just ensure that you report into the appropriate day's thread every day regarding your meditation experience, as well as your own 21DMC journal for your personal journaling purpose, and you're all set! :D

Hi Sailing, check out 21DMC Day 0's Preparation Post. The instructions for the specific questions you are asking for can be found in Step #2, point 4 of the post.

Hi Celes,

I am so confuse and lost in this forum right now because I am start late. I do not know what should I do for each day. For the meditation, do I do the way that I know? Moreover, I do not know the way to meditate, yet.

Hi Celes,

I'm ready to post about day 1 from yesterday and will be doing my day 2 meditation later in the day, but my name is no longer on the list in the C group! ???? :(

Hi Celes,
I posted something on the first day. Today I do not know where to go to post the second day's 'post'. I need your help.

Leny: Please read the Day 0 Preparation Post - *All* the details and instructions are there. If you're still lost after reading the post, please post them at this Q&A thread. Thank you!

Christine: Hey Christine! It's there alright. It's in Group #2: C-J. You might have been looking in Group #1, which was previously A-C but it's now A-B only - I did the recategorization as there are a lot of usernames with As and Cs. Hope that helps! :D

Atira: Can you elaborate on your situation? What exactly do you want to post on Day 2?

To journal your meditation progress, simply post them at your own meditation journal. To fall-in/report on your daily meditation progress to the 21DMC course participants, post them at the daily official group threads posted at the 21DMC Official Announcements Forum (i.e. this forum you're at now). Let me know if you are still confused on what to do. Thanks!

Dear Celes,

I misunderstood about where to post our meditation progress. I have been reported in my journal only, thus you haven't counted me on the progress chart. :(

I am going back now and reposting my journal entries in Day 1 & 2. Hopefully you can then add me to the progress chart.

Thanks so much

Hey AH888! No worries, just post your meditation results for the group thread for each day (i.e. report your Day 1 results in Day 1's thread, Day 2 results in Day 2's thread, and so on) and I'll record it accordingly. Hope that helps! :D Meanwhile, keep up with your great work! :D
