Day 2 - Create a Calorie List

- Woke up at 6.30am.
- Went for walk at 7am for 45mins. The weather was very chilly (very unusual for this part of the world). Completed 4 cycles of brisk walk and one of jogging. Felt very refreshed throughout the day :D
- Had Omelet and flat-bread along with Milk.
- Had around 12 glasses of water
- Had chicken curry along with flat-bread and rice for lunch.
- Had Oranges and Chico shake at night.

Here's my calorie list along with fat in-take calculation:

Hi, Ahmed, many congratulations for what you`ve accomplished in these 2 days, everything sounds great and I believe you did a beautiful job with your calorie spreadsheet also, thank you for sharing it!

If you don`t mind, what kind of tea are you drinking and why do you want to reduce it? Thank you very much!

Sending you all my best thoughts and wishes for this New Year and wishing you a lot of success on the challenge also!

Hi Ahmed, by the look of it you have done realy well with the calorie counting. Have you found it difficult finding the calorie counts for all you foods? I can imagine with some Indian dishes it might not be so easy?

Well done Ahmed. Keep up the good work.

I am curious about the water drinking. Do you space out your water intake throughout the day? or do you have specific times when you drink water. I am trying to figure out the best way to make sure that I get all the water that I need.

Thanx!

Hi Ahmed,

You did great especially for Day 2!

I'm confused on how to count my calories and the site counters makes me even more lost. But since I saw your spreadsheet, I really got the hang of it... Thanks for sharing it. It helped me a lot. :D

Keep up the good work and have a nice day!
