Well, I was watching the movie Shawshank Redemption on my laptop yesterday. It ended at about 1 am, today but, let's take it as yesterday.

Well, I then felt bleary-eyed so, I did a 10 minute meditation and then fell asleep peacefully. :P

Will do another 10 minutes today. :)

Well, I've been doing 10-minute meditation sessions everyday before sleeping while listening to John Mayer :P

So far, I haven't missed a single day :)

Will do another 10 minutes today and probably increase that time to 15 minutes and 20 minutes soon...

Well, I've been doing those 10 minute meditation sessions every day :)

I just faltered one night when I was so tired that I completely forgot about it. But, I'll try not to let that happen again :)

And, I'm still meditating while listening to John Mayer. I just love his voice :P

Listen Gravity and Free Falling by him and also, Your Body is a Wonderland. And also Stop this train.

Well, I'll be back with more updates soon!

Well,

I haven't really been taking out time to meditate since the last 2 days.

Feel like giving up but, I'm going to try lasting for some more time or maybe the whole duration of this challenge.

Let's hope I don't miss out on my meditation period today :)

Well, I could last only for about 11 days I guess.

I gave up on meditating because... I don't really have any reasons. I just didn't find it helpful.

Maybe next time!
