Dear participants, it's nice to be part of 21DHL. Though I'm slightly lesser than my ideal weight, I don't feel fit and healthy. So my intention was to be physically active and maintain a healthy lifestyle in 2011. The goals I have set for the 21 day challenge are
- To exercise everyday for 45 min (one among the three - gym, yoga, brisk walking)
- To prepare home cooked food and avoid eating outside as much as I can
- To wake up early at 5 AM
- To include fruits, vegetables and sprouts in my diet everyday

In the last 2 days, I have followed the first 2 goals diligently. I'm sure I'll catch up on the remaining 2 goals as well.

As for the first activity of drinking more water, I need to drink 1.5 litres of water everyday based on the calculation. I managed to drink 1 litre through conscious effort.

Thanks Celes for the initiative and looking forward to more activities.

My goal is to eat home-made food as well. I should add the early wakeup to my goals as well, but find it very hard to accomplish. If you have any tips to share regarding waking up early, please do that. :)

Best of luck to you.
Cheers!

Hi, ActiveSeeker, many congratulations for what you achieved and did until now!

I believe your intention of being more healthy and active is great and I wish you more than the best on working on it and making it real!

Celes has some fabulous articles about waking up early, probably you already know them, but I wanted to mention it because those articles helped me a lot to wake up very easy at 5 a.m on the last September and October. I`m planning to start waking up very early, like you want, only after the end of the Winter, when it will not be so cold outside and I won`t feel the need of more sleep.
I wish you all a lot of good luck and success with it! glomp
