21DMC Day 5 - Going with the flow...

Hi!
I did 15 minutes on day 5, with a guided meditation of project meditation recommended on the other thread :) I liked it. Meditation can be simple and work. Using a mantra helped me get into the right state of mind. I want to focus trying my best to really lose myself in the meditation.

UPDATE: I did 30 more minutes of a guided meditation at betime.

Day 5 completed. 50 minutes of Self time and self renewal , and oneness with the Divine :)

This human form is temporary, Enjoy playing the game, even be serious about it if you wish, but do not get so attached to this form that you forget who you truly are - A spiritual being having a human experience :) ;)

Unfortunately, no meditation today. I normally meditate in the morning, but i have been too tired from illness . I worry i will just fall asleep.

2 sessions for a total of 24 minutes. I've been so busy during the days and so tired at night that I have not posted to my journal. Tomorrow has more time for ME in it so I'll post a journal entry that covers my experiences for the last couple days and answers Celes' Day 4 question.

40 minutes, 7:30 AM, on the train. Meditating on the train provides additional practice at maintaining my focus despite environmental distractions.
