Looking forward to the news of your site expansion!

Hey livewell and to all members, I check back every group thread (even the old ones) to ensure every log is recorded in the chart, so there's no need to post the past days if you've already reported them. Thanks and keep up with the great work! :D

Day 19

I did about 10-15 minutes of meditation and visualization today. I sat near the water fountain and read from "Creative Visualization", did some deep breathing, and visualization. Very helpful and relaxing!

Day 19:

Were you able to complete your meditation practice today? Why/Why not?

Yeah.

If yes, how did your meditation go? What meditation did you do? Where did you meditate? How long did you meditate for?

Peaceful. I meditated for 30 minutes, walking.

Anything you want to share about the meditation itself?

It's helped me more than I can explain right now.

Anything you have learned for yourself today? (whether related or non-related to meditation)

I'm too considerate towards others feelings and I'm not sure if this is a good or bad habit.

Day 19 Meditation
I meditated 30 minutes on my bed, following my breath

Sorry for delay, wasn't aware forums were up yet.

Day 19 – 20 minutes
A guided meditation on the heart, in sitting position in usual spot in spare room after morning walk. Meditation deep but at times distracted and striving for particular results. I find there is a stubborn need within me to evaluate the meditation, to focus on the results and improvement rather than on the experience in the moment. I feel I’m intuitively learning to overcome this, but as always a work in progress.
