Hey everyone! Welcome to Day 19 of 21DMC!

I'm going to make this a quick update, because there are many things at the site/server that I need to fix right now - Most of you probably noticed the downtime in the site AND the forums yesterday. My deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused! I've been up the whole night working at full speed with my host trying to get everything up and running, and at the moment there are still a lot of kinks to be addressed.

The upside? All the downtime isn't because my host is lousy (they're the absolute best hosts in the world) - it's because we're growing extremely fast, to the point where a server upgrade is due! PLUS on other good news - I've a major site announcement to make in due time, after I get all these server issues sorted out. (Some of you may have noticed the change in domain name, and that's because it's time to expand beyond being just a 'blog' or simply a 'personal blog'!) I'll share more in the upcoming announcement, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, please post your Day 19's meditation progress!! I'm going to return back to fixing the site now. Lots of great things in store, and I'm SO terribly excited for all of us!!! :D

Day 19: 15 minutes

I'm going to call this 15 minutes, tho' I don't know for sure. I didn't do a guided meditation but instead used the time I spent getting a facial to meditate - there was soft music and a mask on my face, and I was cozy with eyes closed on the facial table. Since my morning had been all whacky, and this website all whacky, I decided a whacky meditation would fit right in.

Tomorrow has GOT to be a better day!

Isn't today supposed to be Day 20?

I am not sure because yesterday I meditated for 1 hour and 32 minutes.

And today I meditated for 9 minutes

I am still confused, now it is 8:26 AM on my clock, is today still Date: 26/9/11 where you live Celes? Or are we posting about our yesterday's progress today?

The time/date of the posting is irrelevant - post your progress relative to the date in the title of the thread (i.e. if it's a Day 19 thread, post your meditation progress for Day 19). That said, I'm posting Day 20's thread now so all of you can post your Day 20's progress in it. See you guys there! :)

Day 18 - Oct 25: 28 min. (server crash impacted me on day 18 - sorry to duplicate just in case you didn't check back on day 18)
Day 19 - Oct 26: 14 min.

Day 19 : 30 minutes guided Meditation in bed before sleeping.

Sorry if I do not fill my journal these days, I have a hectic life at the moment, but I don't skip on my meditation practice :-).
