Today I meditated for 15 minutes

Edit: I changed the time as I meditated again.

Meditated 15minutes this morning.

Trying to polish and refine practice in little steps, some of which I find more difficult than others. First concentrating on breath, then thoughts after actions and emotions.

Completed 15 minutes today.
Is it just for me, that the group progress table shows just up to "K"?

This morning did good solid 20 minutes. Sitting position is nearing accomplishment ( would never use the word perfection especially in this context). So happy with my progress in the physical sitting position during this challenge that I consider that and my always looking forward to next time a sit is my goals accomplished already. So satisfied I am as Yoda would say.

Day 18 - 20 minutes
Guided meditation on effortlessness in evening before bed. My awareness wasn't as sharp as I'd like, but due to topic of meditation I am to let this go and accept experience as perfect!!

Many visualisations come spontaneously now, particularly one where I see a small ball on the end of a stick which I visual right in the middle of my head. This has come to represent my awareness, and is something I can concentrate on in meditation.

I also notice that my posture can be poor and my head lower throughout meditation. This is something I'd like to work on over coming weeks.

It's not just you, I see grey after the "k".

Day 18:

30 minutes of silent meditation this morning, in my home office, on a meditation cushion, from 4:30-5:00 a.m.

The silence during that time is a very special thing to experience!

It would have been a more pleasant experience had my left leg not fallen asleep.

Day 18: I did a 15 minute visualization meditation this morning--so much fun! I am reminded how important this is! And that I need lots of space to dream with interruption in general in order to be truly happy and productive! :)
I meant without interruption

Today I did 15 minutes. Today is a bit of a personal adventure, so I need to be mentally prepared for whats ahead of me. Good relaxation and looking to continue forward!

Day 18: 16 minutes - Breath in the Heart from Meditation Oasis

I waited til mid afternoon and that is never a very successful thing to do, but that is the way my day went today. I am happy that I at least sat still long enough for this!
