1-In my ideal world, I'm at 100 lbs. I eat when I'm hungry and exercise everyday.
2-At the end of 21 DHL,I want to be at 170 lbs.
3-The keys that will help me with my plan:
~prepare the water bottles at 8 pm everyday.
~Put the television in front of the treadmill.

My plan for 21 DHL:

Diet:
-Water fasting;eat nothing
-Drink 8 glasses of water or more.

Exercise:
-Walk on treadmill for 30 minutes each day.

Hi Enas! Good luck on the challenge!

I'm also living in the ME. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your experience with the water-fast. I've done two before, one that I stopped after the third day, and another that continued for 5 days, but never thought of doing such an extensive one. Wishing you the best.

Hi Enas..are you sure a full 21 water fast is safe ? You may lose weight, but it may not be sustainable once you're done your fast. Also..how are you ensuring you're getting the vitamins and nutrients you need ?

I highly suggest you read Celes full series about water fasting if you are intending to do so for the entire 21DHL. And perhaps most important, make sure you plan how to come out of the fast or else djp55 will be correct and the weight will be put back on as well as your stomach and bowels will be quite upset with you. If you feel you are mentally prepared for the fast, though, it is possible. I wish you the best of luck with your challenge!

And strangely enough I am also from the middle east. Where abouts are you from or do you prefer not to say? I am from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia but I haven't been back there since I was five.
