Hello all, welcome to Day 19 of Live a Healthier Life in 21 Days Challenge! ;) In just 2 days, the challenge will be officially over.

Today's task is simple, yet often neglected in our daily life.

Your task today is to give yourself a hug. That's all. And to live the day with love and joy.

For those of you who took part in Live a Better Life in 30 Days Dec 2011 run, re-read what you wrote for Day 20's task on loving yourself. Ask yourself if you've been living true to them for the past 3 weeks since the Dec 30DLBL ended.

If you have, congratulations! Give yourself a pat on the back, and a deep hug - and think about how you can take that to the next level. If not, hug yourself all the same. Ask yourself how you can start living true to them moving forward, from today.

No matter who you are, what you do, or where you come from, know that you are loved, always. I'll always love all of you. :hug:

Day 19 of Your 21-Day Action Plan

I really liked this task last year and I still do. I was wondering if we were going to do it again. I think it's important to take time now and again to appreciate yourself.

I'm thinking about actions that feel like hugs, other ways that I can ALSO show myself love and appreciation and care. What things make me feel loved and appreciated and cared for? Can I do those things for myself?

For me, this links with emotional eating.
