They do have a DVD for sale and also a program on Wii Fitness (game system), but I joined a local fitness center that has a mix of classes including regular Zumba instruction. If I left it up to just doing it at home then I would sabotage myself by putting it off, but when I invest a little money and also have people who expect me to be there I find I commit to it steadily :-))

I tried a class once at the local university, but I didn't know any of the moves and just ended up feeling frustrated and uncoordinated.

The class at my gym is at an inconvenient time for me, but I borrowed the DVDs from my local library. I intend to learn the basic moves and practice on my own until I find a class that I am able to attend.

With all the snow we're getting here, it's also good to have something I can do at home on days that I can't get out!

Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?

Hi, Celes and everybody!

There is such a special and good feeling, energy and a great motivation during the challenges created by Celes, that I simply don`t want to miss any of it on the next many, many, many years..
I didn`t even consider not participating on the April challenge  (this is also my favorite month of the year and from now it will be even more beautiful  ), there are many things that I didn`t do 100% on the other challenges, things that I want to explore more and also to review, so I`ll focus more on these then..
Oh, and I`ll miss everybody from here too much for not being with you on a challenge again!

The 3 next challenges will definitely be a great help for keeping track of my progress on this year, for following my dreams and growing more and more..
I can already see the changes that the old ones brought into my life and I don`t think I`m dreaming about it, because I hear more and more often from my mom and sister: "You`re doing much better on this or that, this must be because of your Challenge!" Also, even if they don`t like reading/participating on this kind of things, some of my best friends started to talk with me about their health problems and plans, about changing their jobs and following their dreams.. I`m having lots of deja-vu while I`m listening them

In the same time, just like Glenn, I feel the need of a break from challenges, since December I neglected some of my friends and many things, but what I`ve learnt here is very, very important for my life and will improve everything else later. I want to do (and keep doing) so many things after this challenge will end and until April and I just know that 21DHL was and is the best thing I could have done for beginning this year

For the moment, even if I have very little free time for dedicating to the forums, I`m just overjoyed about being here, about all the amazing things that I learnt and that I`m doing thanks to it, about the wonderful people from here - this is truly another extraordinary journey and I want to keep going on it for the rest of my life..

Thank you soooooooooo much for creating this for us, Celes!:hug::hug: It is so beautiful...:heart::heart:

Sending lots of love to you!

I am going to create a Word version of the workbook for the April
30DLBL then share it with others. I could send it to Celes
for redistribution. Opening the Open Office version in Office 2007
was fine except a few images were missing. I can fix those up.

Celes, I want to take the time to thank you for what you do for us!!:hug::hug::hug:glompglomp I have to admit that I didn't participate a lot in this challenge because I spent so much time doing research on raw food diets. Again, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart :heart:. Now, I feel like I can't live without challenge  What's the next challenge? Business/Career? My score is still 4 in this area  After this 21DHL challenge, I would make my own challenge on business/career life. My 90DBBCL (My 90 Days Best Business/Career Life):lol::happy::happy:
