Hi guys! How is everyone doing?

I hope everyone is keeping up with the challenge. Don't worry if you haven't. I didn't meditate for about 2 weeks :what: It's never too late to start meditating again though.

Please share your status.

If your new the to forums and you did not join this challenge, feel free to share your experience with meditation as well.

I've been pretty good about keeping up with my meditation. I usually exercise 6 days a week and I meditation for 5-10 minutes after each work-out session. Sundays are my day off so I'm a bit bad about keeping up with it that day but I try.

I've been irregular the past few weeks, but still manage to meditate 4-5 times per week.

Great job, Smile and Ish!

My meditation's lately have become shorter to only about 10 to 15 minutes. It's just good to quiet the mind and focus on the present moment at least at some point during the day.

I recently found a great guided breathing meditation video by Kim Eng. Check it out.

I did intend on starting at the begining of the year but I kind of had others things on my mind and then forgot about. I have now started again, as one my goals for the month May. I have decieded to meditate for 10minutes a day first thing in the morning. I may even do some before going to sleep at night, but not sure. I am thinking that I also may need to use guided meditations in the begining, off to go and find some.

I hope this is okay
