Hi, I´m Ângelo, I meditate every night, I am planning to continue to do so for 20 to 30 minutes : )

The type of meditation I do is breath meditation, it is following the breath, sometimes I do with an audio mp3, sometimes on my own without audio : )

For me meditation is an important piece in my life and a sentence i heard in one audio that i´ve got is something like that:
"Think about meditation if your life depended on it"
And that´s true, my life depends on meditation, if meditate i am in a peaceful, excited, happy state, if I dont meditate I´m not able to reach those higher states : )

Lets go for this 21 day challenge : )

Hey, Angelo!

Welcome on board :) I really like your sentence "as if your life depended on it". It's a great way to give more strength to your focus, right?

I'm impressed you managed to meditate every day... That's my own objective for this challenge :)

Thank you, yeah it is a way to give more motivation and strengh to my focus : )
when we know the bad consequences of not meditating, we have motivation to go meditate : )

I hope you achieve your goal of meditating : )

Hi Christine

yeah, not always, but sometimes, once a did a 45 min audio meditation, but on that audio I couldnt focus on the breath all the 45 min : )

I do meditation for some time now, i dont how long ; )
but with practice you can be meditation for like hours : )
