★ Live a Better Life in 30 Days (30DLBL)

Live a Better Life in 30 Days™ (otherwise known as 30DLBL) is a life changing personal growth program to help you live a better life in just 30 days. It’s a premium challenge, which means only for those who purchase a copy of the 30DLBL Program can take part in it (your purchase will come with a 200+ page Guidebook, 100-page Workbook and lifetime access to all 30DLBL live runs).
Out of all the challenges here at Personal Excellence, 30DLBL is designed to be the most powerful challenge ever. It captures my best learnings in life development and growth. Also known as “personal growth as steroids”, 30DLBL is packed with 30 high impact tasks to be done one per day. Each task has been specially created and designed to trigger self-awareness and deep realizations on a specific area of your life and move you forward in your journey of growth.
At the end of the 30 days, you will emerge a better, more aware and conscious person. Many users see results and experience amazing changes and realizations in just the first few tasks! Those who have completed this program have dubbed 30DLBL as an instant “life-changer”.

FAQs:
Do I need to pay to take part in 30DLBL?
Yes, in that you need to purchase a copy of the 30DLBL Program to take part, since the course is based on the material inside the program. At only $45 USD, you get (1) a comprehensive 200+ page guidebook, which contains all the 30DLBL tasks (2) a 100-page activity workbook, which contains templates for the tasks (3) a lifetime access pass for all 30DLBL runs.
Once you purchase the 30DLBL program, you get to join all the 30DLBL runs conducted in the future. No more payment of any sort is needed. Simply provide your invoice number from your original purchase, and you’re good to go.
It may be obvious, but I thought to mention that $45 USD is a ridiculously low price to pay for a high quality program like 30DLBL, much less with a lifetime access to all course runs. Many personal development programs out there charge you hundreds to even thousands just to participate in one course, and the quality of their materials are but a fraction of what you can find at 30DLBL. 30DLBL is the #1 personal development course you should ever take part in.
How is 30DLBL different from other challenges at PE (Personal Excellence)?
All challenges at PE have a specific theme, from character development (30BBM), journaling (21DJC), meditation (21DMC), healthy living (21DHL), etc.
30DLBL is the one and only life development challenge focused on transforming your life and moving it to the next level in your growth journey. It captures my best learnings in life development and growth, making it the #1 premium challenge here. If there is only 1 challenge you should take part in, it’s 30DLBL above all other challenges.
I took part in 30DLBL before. Is there value in taking part again?
The experience is totally dependent on the individual – It’s different and unique every time. It’s up to you and what you want to make out of it.
What I can say is that 30DLBL is not meant to be a 1-off challenge – it’s designed to be a timeless challenge to be done again and again, with unique insights to be taken away each time. Since the launch of 30DLBL in Sep 2010, we have participants who have done the challenge 3-4 times, at least. They gain something in each run, because the tasks and questions invoke new answers every time they do them, depending on the phase of life they are in at the moment.
I took part in the Sep 2010 version of 30DLBL in the past. How different is the official 30DLBL from the old version?
The Sep 2010 30DLBL was only a beta version of the challenge. I conducted it publicly on Personal Excellence as a way to test the challenge, improvise and get feedback.
30DLBL has changed considerably since then. Almost all tasks have been rewritten/added on (at least 25% change), and there are 6 completely new tasks in the revised version. There are also clear examples for each task, so you know what to do. Plus, besides a 200+ page guidebook with full write-up of all the 30 tasks, you get a 100 page workbook with clear templates and reflection logs to write your answers in. This workbook can be reused again and again for future 30DLBL runs – simply save it as a new copy each time.
The old version is also no longer available on the site, since the material is outdated and a lesser version of the real program.
How do I sign up for 30DLBL runs?
30DLBL Live Runs are conducted 1-2 times a year – usually in June and December months. I will always post an announcement 1-2 weeks before each run starts, to rally for participants. All you have to do is to reply to the announcement post when that happens. Join the newsletter to be notified of all upcoming challenge announcements.
Each live run is conducted in a private sub-forum in Personal Excellence Forums, exclusive only for the members who signed up. You need an account in PE Forums to participate. (Register yours here. Note that accounts that are either (1) not activated or (2) have 0 posts are automatically deleted from the database in 7 days. So if your account has been deleted, simply register for a new one.)
You also need to have a copy of the 30DLBL program (Guidebook and Workbook) to take part in each live run, since the challenge is based on the material in the program. Proof of purchase (invoice #) is required for access into the private forum.
Can I access the past runs for 30DLBL?
Unfortunately no – Each 30DLBL run is only for the members who signed up and actively participated during the run.
I signed up for a 30DLBL run but I can’t access the forum anymore. What happened?
You probably signed up but was inactive throughout the 30DLBL challenge (i.e. you did not participate or barely participated in the tasks), hence leading to subsequent removal of access.
As much as I dislike doing this, there have been cases where participants signed up but didn’t participate at all (i.e. posting / interacting), which pulled down the energy of the community. The participants who were serious about the challenge also held back from sharing, as they felt an issue with privacy, where they didn’t know who were reading their answers, which usually included very intimate details about their life.
This is also to remove the situation where members sign up without the intention to participate/share but just to read others’ answers, which is not fair to other members and the community itself.
Last but not least, one can only truly benefit from 30DLBL when he/she gets down to do the tasks plus participate in the community. This is to urge participants to commit themselves to the challenge (since they’ve after all made the decision to sign up) and engage fully, because that’s how we learn and grow.
If you’re currently in a 30DLBL run and believe your access has been removed in error, let me know via the contact page.
