I just returned from my Vipassana 10-Day Meditation Course! :D The past 10 days has been some of the most well-invested 10 days of my life. After some 100 hours of intensive meditation – (think continuous, non-stop meditation (save for a few breaks in between) from the wee hours of 4:30am all the way till 9pm every day for consecutive ten days) – I’m now feeling filled with an inner sense of calmness or equanimity, which means a balanced and even mind. I’m in quite a zen and peaceful state as I’m writing this post now.

(On a separate note, I am now faced with an overflowing inbox of nearly 200 emails though, so that’s going to be a large piece of clutter to deal with!)

My 25th Birthday! :)

Happy Birthday! :)

This is just a quick post to share that today is my birthday :D I will be 25 from today onwards, which is the 25th June (matching numbers!).

I originally planned an article on growing older to tie in with my birthday, but looks like that won’t be out in time. (Update Jul ’09 - The article is up: Do you dread growing older?)

Thank you to everyone who have sent me your well wishes, and to one of my readers who sent me a gift! (Thanks See Toh! :D) It’s been a good ride the past few months, from the media coverages, increasing demand of my coaching services, the recent site revamp and launch of PersonalExcellence.co. I sincerely thank all of you for staying with me all these times and all your support, whether it has been active or silent. :)
From next Wednesday onwards, I will be gone for 2 weeks for a meditation retreat. I’m planning to write a few posts scheduled across the two weeks, so all of you will still have articles to read while I’m gone. So I pretty much have my work cut out for me from now till Tuesday, before I leave. I’ll definitely…
